Starting AgentsDecoded.com

I’m excited to launch AgentsDecoded.com, a Substack newsletter. After years of working in the AI and agent systems space, I felt it was time to create a dedicated channel through which I can share my thoughts, experiences, and insights about artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on AI agents and multi-agent systems.

Why AgentsDecoded?

The motivations are twofold:

  1. Through writing I learn for myself. It is the most effective way I’ve found to explore what I think about something.
  2. Hopefully, it will be useful to others and I don’t mind the little dopamine hit of something saying “hey, I read your post”. The goal will be to provide clarity, practicality, and accessibility. Obviously, you will be the ones judging if I’ve succeeded 🙂.

What to Expect

I’ll be sharing:

  • Analysis of current trends in AI and agent technologies
  • Technical deep-dives into agent architectures and implementations
  • Practical experiences from my work at OpenDialog.ai
  • Thoughts on responsible AI development
  • Lessons learned from mentoring AI startups

My Background with Agents

My journey with agent systems began during my PhD at the University of Southampton, where I focused on agent-oriented software engineering. Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work on various agent-based systems, from academic research to commercial applications.

Currently, as CTPO at OpenDialog.ai, I’m working on making conversational AI agents more accessible and trustworthy. This practical experience, combined with my academic background, gives me a unique perspective on both the theoretical and practical aspects of agent systems.

Join the Conversation

I believe we’re at an exciting juncture in AI development, where agent systems are becoming increasingly important. Through this blog, I hope to contribute to the ongoing dialogue about how we can develop these technologies responsibly and effectively.
